We, AFM Castings (AFM Casting Company Co., Ltd), are an independent company supplying metal castings, cast components, and industrial services and sourcing from Vietnam worldwide.
We have experience in casting and controlling production quality, in compliance with Australian, American, and European standards. We also can apply other standards and sourcing platforms with high-quality control.

AFM Castings values its workers and is committed to ensuring their health and safety through effective implementation of our Work, Health, and Safety management system. AFM Castings will comply with the relevant work health and safety legislation (Acts & Regulations relevant to the work locations) and the general doctrine of the duty of care, to provide a safe and healthy work environment and appropriate support mechanisms for its employees and other workers.
This Policy statement aims to:
Promote legislative compliance across all elements of the organization.
Establish measurable objectives and targets to ensure continuous improvement and promote continuous improvement in all related activities.
Establish and maintain effective systems to manage risks to the work health and safety of employees and others arising from the nature of the work performed โ equipment, materials, substances used, and the work environment.
Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities are identified and applied to relevant employees.
Plan each project and operation with safety as one of the primary objectives.
Ensure that a process for consultation with workers and workersโ Health and Safety representatives is accessible.
Provide the framework for employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and visitors to receive regular information, instruction, training, supervision, and any other relevant form of communication to ensure their safety, health, and wellbeing.
Provide support mechanisms that will assist employees with maintaining or improving their psychological and physical health including equitable workerโs compensation claims management and effective injury management programs.
Ensure that a robust hazard and risk management program is maintained and monitored to eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
Ensure that all related and relevant policies and procedures are integrated with business operations. Provide appropriate resources including internal and/or external expertise when required.
Ensure all employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, visitors, and any other persons who may enter or be working on an AFM Castings site will:
Understand, contribute to, and comply with all WHS procedures and safe work instructions.
Report all hazards and incidents to their Supervisor promptly.
Wear personal protective equipment and clothing as instructed.
Follow all reasonable safety directions/instructions from their Supervisor and/or AFM Castings employees.
It is the responsibility of all employees of AFM Castings to ensure that the Work, Health & Safety System Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, and practices are understood, implemented and maintained as they apply in the performance of their functional duties. AFM will provide a process for consultation with workers and workersโ Health and Safety representatives at their respective worksites.
A copy of this WHS Policy shall be displayed and it is the responsibility of management and supervisory staff to ensure that it is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels in the Company.
