Quality Control & Testing

At AFM, Quality Control and Testing is not a final step. It is woven into every stage of our production process. From incoming raw material verification through to final pre-shipment inspection, our quality team monitors, measures and documents every critical parameter to ensure that what leaves our facility meets your exact requirements.

We operate structured quality control procedures, supported by modern inspection equipment, including spectrographic analysis, dimensional inspection tools and non-destructive testing methods. Every batch is traceable, every inspection is recorded, and every nonconformity is investigated and corrected before we release products for delivery.

When you source from AFM, you're not relying on hope. You're relying on a system built to get it right.

01

In-Process Inspection

Quality checks are conducted at key stages throughout production, not just at the end, to catch and correct issues early.

02

Full Batch Traceability

Every casting is traceable from raw material through to final delivery, with complete production and inspection records maintained.

03

Non-Conformance Management

Any out-of-specification finding is formally recorded, investigated and corrected, with the cause addressed, before the affected product proceeds or is released.

04

Customer-Specific Requirements Feature

Our quality processes are flexible and can be adapted to meet specific customer standards, inspection criteria and documentation requirements.
